Tai chi is low impact exercise that gently works the whole of the body. These regular classes are suitable for all ages (12+). They are also suitable for all abilities – you can do tai chi sitting down!
Tai chi is great for improving physical health and mental well-being, which is probably why our classes have proved so popular. In fact, we now have a waiting list. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, just email joy@ndt.scot.
Classes take place every Thursday, 12:15pm – 1pm, in The Dean Tavern Function Suite. We'd love to see you there for a gentle and relaxing session.
