There are so many benefits of walking. From boosting your cardiovascular health, building up bone density and strengthening your immune system, to reducing stress and improving cognitive function. So, join us on our regular fun walk around Newtongrange, enjoy the fresh air and feel the difference for yourself.
Meet us at Newtongrange Community Learning Centre on Thursdays at 4pm. We’ll walk for an hour, then enjoy tea and coffee at the NDT office afterwards
All are welcome, but you must be able to competently walk for 1 hour. See you there!
