Newtongrange Development Trust (NDT) have been awarded funding from The National Lottery Community Fund Scotland .

Through our Community Led funding we aim to support our community to improve the village in which we live and the wellbeing of those most in need.

Through our community led work we hope that:

  • Everyone in the community has the opportunity to influence and get involved in community-led activity.

  • People in the community are better connected and work together to improve their wellbeing.

 

We are seeking a part time worker who is experienced in working with communities and volunteers and  who will work alongside residents in Newtongrange to provide activities that respond to the social and emotional needs of our community.

This individual will be a dynamic, confident, resilient and committed to supporting the Newtongrange Community  and the wider vision of Newtongrange Development Trust.

Educational/Vocational Qualifications: Community Work/ Lifelong Learning or Health & Social Care - Essential
